Food Works Pricing Guidelines
Please remember these are rough guidelines.
Breakfast Catering
Breakfast/Brunch Catering 1:
Homemade muffins, breakfast bread, or coffee cake; Fruit Platter; Regular and Decaf coffees; Fresh Orange Juice
approximately $7.00 per person
Breakfast/Brunch Catering 2:
Choice of Frittata, or Meat Entrée; Homemade Muffins, breakfast bread or coffee cake; Fruit Platter; Regular and Decaf Coffee; Fresh Orange Juice
approximately $8.50 per person
We recommend a blend of savory and sweet muffins – Cheddar fresh dill muffins, lemon poppy seed muffins, banana walnut muffins, blueberry orange muffins, pumpkin chocolate chip muffins, and corn with cheese and peppers muffins are among the many options. We also prepare coffee cakes, tarts, breakfast bars.
Ask us for suggestions. We can also provide a simpler catering of just muffins and coffee.

Lunch Catering
Luncheons are typically served buffet style, since we are an off-premise catering service. We do provide table service, tablecloths, dishes, etc. when the location allows for this. Minimum order for fifteen.

Cheese and Cracker Platter (min. order for 20 people) $2- $2.50 per person
Deli Platter (min. order for 20 people) Wide price range: $3.75 per person and up
Includes lettuce, tomato, onion, assorted bread and cheese.
Choices include Honey Baked Ham, Smoked Turkey, Roast Beef, and Vegetarian options.
Vegetable Platter with Dip : $2.40/person and up
Cherry Tomatoes, Jicama, Asparagus Spears, Celery, Broccoli, Green Beans, Baby Carrots, Multi-colored Peppers, English Cucumber
Fruit Platter (minimum order of 20) $2.15/person and up.
Seasonal fluctuations in pricing must be taken into consideration. Strawberries (dipped in chocolate an additional $1/person)
Dessert Platter (minimum order for fifteen people) $4/person -$7.50 per person.

Our very popular Lasagna Dinners include (but are not limited to):

Special Event Dinners
Priced from $9.00 per person to $24 per person.
Special additions to meals could bring prices up to $34 per person.
For example: Beef Tenderloins will be more expensive than Lasagna.
The number of entrées requested, number of appetizer trays, number of sides, desserts, and other factors such as bar service, table service, etc. will also be considered in pricing.

Desserts!
We provide fresh baked goods, prepared from scratch with the finest ingredients.
Lemon Squares, espresso chocolate chip cookies, decorated butter cookies, fresh fruit cobblers and tarts. Let us know at least 24 hours in advance and we will satisfy whatever your sweet tooth craves.
Food Works also creates wonderful scones, cream puffs, cheese stars, coffee cakes and more.
Cookies can be packed in boxes as gifts or arranged on trays for serving.

Please note: this price will vary according to particular cookie requests
We have an “Extra Deep” Cookie Platter that is the 18 in. tray with several dozen extra cookies piled on. These trays average 10 dozen fresh baked cookies. $100.00

Service Fees:
Delivery and Equipment Retrieval: Minimum delivery charge is $15.00. Outside 3mile radius of Bloomington the charge is $20. Out of county delivery charge is $50.00
Buffet Server: $20.00 per hour (2 hour minimum)
For every 75 people, a server will be added to ensure excellent service
Table Server: $25.00/hour (2 hour minimum) for every 15 people, a server will be added to ensure excellent service
Linen rental: Tablecloths are $5 apiece.

of 50% upon reservation confirmation.
